– Bathing suits and beach drinks with mountain views, 4,600 feet above sea level.
Hakuba Mountain Resort on the main Island of Japan will be introducing a beach themed hangout out high up on one of their amazing slopes come this July. The resort that once played host to the 1998 Winter Olympics will now be happy to have people trading their skis in for beach towels. The resort’s goal is to create pool/ beachside vibes with beach umbrella’s, and hot and cold tub’s while providing some of the best views you can find of the Japanese Alps.
The resort will offer beach-themed cocktails as well as some local culinary favorites like smoked Shinsu cheeseburgers and Azumino soft ice cream. The resort will also be offering access to 4-person saunas that are docked up on the deck providing immaculate panorama views of the Japanese Alps.
